Popular anchor and journalist joins Eller College dean Paul Portney for interview and audience Q&A
On March 12, 2009, CNBC anchor and journalist Maria Bartiromo joined Eller College dean Paul Portney for an informal talk as part of the Eller College Distinguished Speaker Series, sponsored by Harris Private Bank.
Community members and students gathered to hear Bartiromo’s insights into the U.S. economy, the new administration, and thoughts on how the U.S. can emerge from this troubled time.
Bartiromo is the anchor of CNBC’s Closing Bell with Maria Bartiromo (M-F, 3-5 p.m. ET), and host and managing editor of the nationally syndicated Wall Street Journal Report with Maria Bartiromo, which was also recently rated the most watched financial news program in America.
