Four Eller MBA students placed second at the General Electric Experienced Commercial Leadership Program Case Competition October 19 in Austin, Texas.
Mithun John, Dipti Hingorani, Therese Sebastian, and Alan Underwood narrowly missed first place while competing against the likes of the University of Southern California, the University of Texas at Austin, Emory University, and Southern Methodist University.
“The Eller MBA team was noted for having a stellar presentation and incredible teamwork, supporting each other in the presentation as well as during the Q&A,” said Full-Time MBA program manager Kristy Ruiz. “Mithun John was chosen as a top presenter.”
The team was charged with developing an implementation strategy for a unique business model being considered by GE. Teams presented to a panel that included GE executives and other high-ranking GE officials.
