When

5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Nov. 10, 2021

This workshop is an introduction to tools used for data visualization and some best practices to keep in mind. We will cover a range of visualizations used for tabular, geospatial, or network data, and highlight the following programs ( python, arcgis online , and plotly-js ) to generate these visualizations. At the end of this workshop participants will be able to talk about the theoretical "what, how, and why" of data vis and move forward from this visualization design to implementation using the tools covered.
