Spring 2021 MIS 304 Virtual Case Competition: “Using and Managing Information Systems”
The Eller College MIS 304 Course “Using and Managing Information Systems” is having a case competition. All Eller business majors take this class as part of their curriculum, and are challenged by this case competition in the area of effective selection and management of information system initiatives that affect an organization as a whole, and/or departments across an organization. Students will be asked to analyze a fictitious technology consulting company that works with clients to develop an online presence and manage brand reputation. Students will be presenting recommendations on centralized and decentralized back-up systems and choices of software. Technical IT expertise is not required to be a judge. We are looking for experienced managers and business people to bring a variety of perspectives.
Please sign up for either session or both sessions by Wednesday, April 14.
