What was the process for getting this internship, job, or summer experience?

I applied for this internship after meeting the recruiting manager at the Eller Expo in Spring 2026. Having an in person connection with the recruiter helped me so much in getting this internship.

Tell us about your internship.

I would work in person Tuesday-Thursday and Mondays and Fridays I would work remote. Many days I spent working on a new Case Management process. I worked very closely with associate and service leaders to get their employees to use the new process. A lot of opportunities were given to me for coffee chats and I was able to speak with over 20 LPL employees from all over the company.
