PACE Peer Mentoring

First-year students in the Eller College of Management are encouraged to find a mentor within the college to orient to the Eller College and The University of Arizona as a part of the PACE program. Through the PACE program, students have access to a free mentoring program that connects them with another Eller student that is prepared to help them adjust to life at the UA and the Eller College.  With a mentor, students can discuss topics such as: getting involved on campus, adjusting to the academic rigor of the Eller College, and how to make the most of their Eller Experience.

To assist students in connecting more closely with a mentor, first-year students can volunteer to engage in a formalized peer-mentoring system.  Students who sign up will be assigned a peer mentor who can support their transition to and success at the UA.  Students should anticipate meeting with their mentor at least three times a semester in order to fully benefit.
