The Eller College Graduate Convocation Ceremony will recognize doctoral and master's students from the Eller College of Management. All Eller graduates must RSVP to participate in the ceremony. RSVP links will open soon.

Preparing for Graduate Convocation
Regalia
Formal regalia is required for the Graduate Convocation Ceremony. Regalia and other graduation materials can be purchased through the UArizona Bookstore in-person or online at shop.arizona.edu/graduation/student_regalia. When placing your order, you can select in-store pick-up or a ship-to-home option. Please allow for enough arrival time.
Master’s candidate academic attire consists of a navy blue gown with longer sleeves, a navy blue cap (to match the gown), a black tassel, and a hood. The universal business school hood color is called “drab” – a beige/khaki color. Ph.D. candidate academic attire consists of a navy/black gown, black tam cap, a gold tassel, and a royal blue hood
Announcements
Personalized graduation announcements are available through Jostens online at www.jostens.com. Generic announcements can also be ordered through the UArizona Bookstore both in-person and online at shop.arizona.edu/graduation.
Guest Tickets
All guests are required to have tickets to enter Centennial Hall. Tickets for guests are limited until all graduates have had their initial request filled.
Agenda for University-wide Commencement Ceremony
Commencement will be Friday, May 16, 2025, 7:30 pm at the Arizona Stadium
This event is also open to anyone to attend. No tickets are required for guests, but an RSVP for a headcount is requested.
Once the RSVP has opened, students should go to commencement.arizona.edu and click the the RSVP link for graduate ceremony. Log in in with your UA NetId and password and you will access the form that asks if the student will be attending, the college from which they will be graduating, and the number of guests (not including the student) who will attend the Stadium ceremony on Friday evening.

Diplomas are not distributed at the event since graduates will be recognized by colleges rather than individually. Diplomas are typically mailed a few weeks after final grades are verified to your permanent address, which you can check on UAccess.
Agenda for Department-specific Graduate Celebrations
Many departments will also be hosting a celebration for their graduates. These will occur on varying dates at the end of the semester. Once there is a confirmed date and time for these celebrations, it will be shared and added to the list below. You may contact your program coordinator to inquire about plans for your department.
