Why Eller?
We're in the business of transformation.
More than a business school, Eller is a catalyst.
Here, students gain the skills and experience to thrive—professionally and personally, locally and globally—in any career they set their sights on.
We opt for collaborative over cutthroat.
Eller students work closely together, across their cohort and even with students in entirely different fields. The teamwork-driven atmosphere helps students feel supported academically—but it also preps them for a real-world workplace where innovation doesn’t happen in isolation.
Career coaching for big thinkers.
At the Professional Development Center, Eller students get the insights and information they need to actively manage career choices in the global marketplace. Personalized guidance for every student sets them up to be standout candidates in a competitive world.
New (ad)ventures in the making.
Students master the principles of entrepreneurship and startup leadership in the McGuire New Venture Development Program. From there, they’re prepped to move forward and make a lasting mark—in fact, 17 percent of last year’s grads already own or have co-founded startups.
