Center for Trust Studies
Trust is critical in virtually every aspect of social life—and essential in modern-day business.
The Eller College’s Center for Trust Studies is the hub of research, curricula and outreach activities related to trust.
The mission of the Center for Trust Studies is to support research on trust; to develop new course materials and workshops on trust; and to disseminate findings from academic trust research to business and society
The Center brings together faculty, students, managers and policymakers by hosting a series of workshops, supporting publications in both scholarly and practitioner-oriented outlets, developing state-of-the-art teaching materials and getting students actively engaged in academic research.
While academic and public interest in trust has soared over the past two decades, there are very few centers specifically dedicated to focusing ongoing efforts and providing a collaborative space for the study of trust. Therefore, the vision of the Center for Trust Studies is to become known as a leading source of scholarship, education and knowledge transfer of insights on trust and to place the Eller College at the vanguard of trust inquiry.
The Center of Trust Studies is funded by the National Science Foundation
