The Eller Executive MBA is reserved for experienced professionals poised to rise high in the ranks of leadership. The application process requires time, thought and consideration—as well as an interview.

The Eller Executive MBA accepts students from a broad range of professional backgrounds: corporate executives, entrepreneurs, physicians, engineers, public sector employees, people working in nonprofit organizations and more.
What they share is substantial professional experience. Students with less than seven years of significant professional experience must be sponsored by their organization based on exceptional potential and performance.
Applicants complete an online application form, statement of purpose, one letter of recommendation, and transcripts while procuring letters of recommendation, an endorsement , and transcripts. They also pay an application fee. The Admissions Committee will review completed application packets and identify viable candidates for an interview— via Zoom. Students are admitted on a rolling basis after the review of application materials and an interview. Normally, the final decision is made a month after the application is complete and all supporting materials have been received. If accepted, you will have a specific timeframe to make your decision and submit a non-refundable enrollment fee to secure your place in the class.
A GMAT score is not required to apply for the executive MBA program.
The price includes program materials, most meals, and all necessary accommodations at a local hotel for all nights between class days. It also includes expenses for the in-ground portion of the domestic business experience and the global business experience.
The curriculum for the executive MBA program is designed to provide a rigorous and comprehensive business education similar to the full-time MBA program. However, it is tailored to meet the needs of experienced professionals and executives, focusing more on leadership and strategic management.
The Executive MBA program is designed to accommodate the schedules of working professionals. Classes are held one weekend per month, with sessions on Fridays and Saturdays at our downtown Phoenix campus. This schedule allows students to continue working full-time while pursuing their degree. The program also includes intensive residencies for immersive learning experiences.
