Eller College Makes Significant Jump in 2018 U.S. News Best Online Program Rankings

The Online MBA program in the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona has leapt from number 55 overall to number 33 (tied) overall in the 2018 U.S. News & World Report Best Online Programs Rankings, released today, and now comes in at number 27 among public universities.

Additionally, the Online Master of Science in Management Information Systems program in the Eller College has moved from number 11 in 2017 to number 8 (tied) overall for best online graduate information systems program and is number 5 among public universities.

“We are proud that our Online MBA and MISonline programs have again been recognized and highly-ranked by U.S. News,” said Paulo Goes, Eller Dean and Halle Chair in Leadership. “This significant achievement reflects the strength and dedication of Eller faculty and staff and underscores the positive impact our programs have on students and alumni.”

 

This year’s rankings are based on a student engagement, admissions selectivity, peer reputation, faculty credentials and training, and student services and technology. The Eller Online MBA’s highest ranking was for admissions selectivity, and the Eller Online MIS’s highest ranking was for student engagement.
