Eller Executive Education Partners With Royal Academy of Management for Leadership Program
Eller Executive Education is honored to partner with the Royal Academy of Management in Oman to launch the National Program for Developing Leaders and Future Foresight on October 13, 2022.
This customized program will develop and empower national leaders to fulfill Oman’s Vision 2040. The program is hybrid model with both live, synchronous and asynchronous components and utilizes diverse instructional methods as well as cognitive lead enhancements to engage the learner and enable them to apply their learning in the real world.
The program’s five modules will begin with learning to lead self in the Leadership Boot Camp, then shift their perspective outward toward leading others and leading change. The program features multiple touchpoints including professional and private coaching, interactive simulations, keynote speakers, a hack-a-thon with private sector sponsors and a shark tank style group project presentation judged by key stakeholders.
