This customized program will develop and empower national leaders to fulfill Oman’s Vision 2040. The program is hybrid model with both live, synchronous and asynchronous components and utilizes diverse instructional methods as well as cognitive lead enhancements to engage the learner and enable them to apply their learning in the real world.
The program’s five modules will begin with learning to lead self in the Leadership Boot Camp, then shift their perspective outward toward leading others and leading change. The program features multiple touchpoints including professional and private coaching, interactive simulations, keynote speakers, a hack-a-thon with private sector sponsors and a shark tank style group project presentation judged by key stakeholders.
"We look forward to celebrating the launch, then the graduation of this first cohort," says Karthik Kannan, Eller College of Management dean and Halle Chair in Leadership. "We are confident that participants will be transformed into more agile leaders who are agents of change and growth."
