Eller Students Take Home Prize at Women’s Leadership Competition

Eller College students Devyn Nelson ’24 BSBA (Management) and Keila Salazar ’24 BSBA (Management) recently took home the second place prize at the inaugural Women’s Leadership Competition at Utah Valley University.

The competition exposes students to a complex business challenge related to women leaders in technology.

This year, the case that students had to analyze was co-authored by Kelly Hall and Paul Melendez, University Distinguished Outreach Professor and founder of the Center for Leadership Ethics, and was about Instagram and its harmful effects on teenaged females.
