Congratulations to Eller Online Graduates!

This semester, a remarkable group of students is graduating from the Eller College of Management's online programs—each with a unique journey and a shared commitment to excellence.

These graduates balanced coursework with careers, families, and personal goals, all while demonstrating resilience, drive, and a passion for learning. Their achievement is a testament to what’s possible with hard work and determination. Among them are Isabella Rubino BSBA (Accounting) and Meredith Wenrich BSBA, who now join a proud network of Eller alumni making a difference around the world.
Rubino is graduating Summa Cum Laude. She participated in the First Connections Mentorship program as a lead mentor this semester. As a mentor she demonstrated patience, compassion and genuine servant leadership. She works at an accounting company and after graduation her company is offering her a full-time position. She lives in Kansas and plans to eventually move to Kansas City, MO. "I switched to online classes after attending all in-person classes my freshmen year. I found that online school fit better with my learning style. It also gave me the flexibility with my time that I desired. I was able to further my education from the comfort of my home and that meant a lot to me. It wasn’t always easy staying disciplined, but I found a routine that worked well for me! I couldn’t have asked for a better education!"

Wenrich is graduating Cum Laude this. She is a mom of three and has lived all over the country. She also lived in Thailand for eight years where she ran a Thai kickboxing camp. She moved to the U.S. after the COVID-19 pandemic greatly affected her business and began working at the University of Arizona in Sierra Vista. It was then that she decided to complete her undergraduate degree. "Without Eller Online I would not have been able to complete my degree. The flexibility it provided me and my family was immeasurable. I was able to fit my coursework in between a career boosting job, away soccer games, swim meets, bedtime stories, middle school homework help, and professional development at work leading to two promotions in two years."
Wenrich is now considering to continue her journey at the Eller College of Management by starting her MBA.
