Eller Executive Education Partners with Royal Academy of Management to Deliver Executives in Government Program
The Eller Executive Education program recently partnered with The Royal Academy of Management to present the Executives in Government Program—an intensive week-long initiative tailored for senior government officials from Oman. Crafted through a collaborative effort involving esteemed leaders and professors from the University of Arizona, this program delves into the intricate landscape of public leadership, tackling its complexities, challenges and rewards.
Throughout the week, participants immersed themselves in a dynamic blend of leadership training sessions, interactive workshops and networking opportunities. Drawing on cutting-edge insights and customized content, attendees engaged in robust discussions, exchanging best practices and innovative strategies to navigate the intricacies of public policy within their respective organizations.
The Executives in Government program fostered a supportive community spirit among participants, creating an environment conducive to meaningful learning and personal growth. As the week concluded, participants received a certificate of completion from Eller Executive Education, equipped with fresh skills and perspectives to drive impactful change within the public sector.
“We were honored to host such a high-level group of Omani government officials. We designed a dynamic, cutting-edge, and customized program for our participants,” says Paul Melendez, University Distinguished Outreach Professor and Founder of the Center for Leadership Ethics—who also acted as the program’s academic director. “The discussions, exchanges, and learnings benefited the participants and program faculty.”
