Eller Expo Brings Together Top Employers and Talented Students

On September 17, the Eller College of Management hosted the annual Eller Expo, one of the largest career fairs on the University of Arizona campus. Each year, this event connects talented Wildcats with top employers, and this year’s turnout was no exception—more than 100 companies came to recruit for internships and full-time positions. The opportunities reflect both the strong partnerships Eller has cultivated with industry leaders and the incredible drive of our students to take charge of their futures.
Students arrived ready to make an impression, equipped with polished resumes and confident elevator pitches to share with recruiters. Throughout the day, they engaged in meaningful conversations, built professional networks, and explored a wide range of career paths across industries such as finance, logistics, technology, healthcare, consumer goods, and more.
Employers in attendance included Amazon, Honeywell, Charles Schwab & Company, PepsiCo, Fidelity Investments, Target, Vanguard and dozens of others. Their presence highlighted the wide range of opportunities available to Eller students and reaffirmed the value that Eller students bring to the workplace.
The Eller Expo is more than just a career fair—it’s a cornerstone of the College’s commitment to preparing students for success beyond the classroom. By pairing academic learning with experiences like this, Eller helps students develop the confidence, skills, and connections they need to thrive in the real world.
