Reaching out to inbounding clients regarding their Ratings & Reviews needs, helping clients through the sales process & interact with our internal team to streamline the process. I'm working on a marketing project as well to revamp our outreach to potential clients and increase our conversion rates.
Why did you choose to work for your company?
Bazaarvoice allowed me the opportunity to start and grow my career as a salesperson, and build an internal network that allows me growth opportunities in the company. Their emphasis on work-life balance has helped me avoid burnout and build a fulfilling life in a new city after college. In every aspect of my life, Bazaarvoice has helped me grow into the thriving post-graduation professional that I strived to be during school.
What do you enjoy most about your job or company?
Bazaarvoice is an innovative company that allows employees to really maximize their productivity and time. I never feel like I'm just being given busy work to occupy my time, everything I do in my day-to-day has a purpose towards our larger goals, and I get to directly see the fruits of those labors reflected back to my.
Please share what led you to your current job/company (past experiences, networking, classes, multiple rounds of interviews, or anything you deem relevant).
Past experiences with sales & the tech world led me to being interested in software tech sales. I met a member of the Bazaarvoice sales team through a mutual contact I met at the University of Arizona, and she helped me get connected with the Bazaarvoice team & jump started my interest in the company. Extracurriculars, job fairs, and classes focused on interpersonal skills really helped me stand out as an applicant for my role, and helped me ace my interview and Sales Call Role Play!
