Rachel Erickson

Rachel Erickson is a long-serving Eller College Academic Advisor at the University of Arizona. After completing her master's degree in Higher Education at the University of Nevada-Reno, with an emphasis on Educational Leadership, she worked 5 consecutive years as a Program Director at a local Tuson YMCA, managing youth sports and summer camps for school age children. Since starting at the Eller College in Fall 2007, Rachel has coordinated several student facing academic programs focusing on students transitioning to the University to start their journey as a business student. Along with effectively managing a caseload of foundational business students, Rachel assumes responsibility for coordinating first year orientation programs and supporting students through the general petitions process as needed. With her many years of experience, Rachel also thrives in supporting her fellow academic advisors in the Eller College.
