Robert Sweo joined Eller College of Management in 2020 after a long career in university administration and teaching at several US and international universities. He earned his PhD in Management with an emphasis on International Strategy from University of North Texas. Dr. Sweo has extensive experience in using electronic tools to improve higher education outcomes. His research centers on understanding how culture affects business processes and performance.
