Yuxin Lin (she/her) is a fifth-year doctoral student at the University of Arizona. She graduated from Zhejiang University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Yuxin studies how people create meaningful human connections in increasingly disconnected workplaces. Her research examines how bringing the whole person to work fosters belonging and connection, how knowing coworkers as whole persons shapes interpersonal relationships, and how whole-person knowledge reshapes workplace status and hierarchy.
