Yuxin Lin (she/her/hers) is a second-year doctoral student at the University of Arizona. She graduated from Zhejiang University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Yuxin is passionate about humanizing workers and organizational life. She explores how non-work experiences shape the work lives of women and working parents. Additionally, she investigates how small community-building acts, like self-disclosure and non-work conversations, create more compassionate workplaces.
