Eller College Undergraduate Students Named 2023-24 PNC Achievers
The Eller College of Management partners with PNC Bank on their student recognition program PNC Achievers.
This program highlights the accomplishments of students who demonstrate academic, civic and peer leadership in the community and the classroom. PNC Achievers is currently active at more than 20 other schools including Princeton, Rutgers, University of Alabama, Bradley University and more.
The Eller College has recognized four undergraduate students as PNC Achievers for the 2023-2024 academic year:
Abriana Hernandez ’25 BSBA (Finance)
Desirae Hoaglin ’26 BSBA (Economics/MIS)
Victoria Koch ’26 BSBA (Finance/MIS)
Michael Masterton ’26 BSBA (Economics/Statistics and Data Sciences)
“The PNC Achievers program is an opportunity to spotlight students who are making a difference in their community,” says Eliezer Asúnsolo, senior vice president and group manager for PNC Commercial Banking in Tucson and Southern Arizona. “We’re pleased to recognize well-rounded University of Arizona students with this prestigious honor.”
The program highlights the importance PNC Bank places on education, leadership and community service, and positions the bank as an advocate for students throughout their college journey and beyond.
“We are delighted to partner with PNC on their PNC Achievers program,” says Karthik Kannan, dean and Halle Chair in Leadership. “This is a great opportunity for us to recognize the fantastic accomplishments of selected Eller students both in the classroom and the community.”
Hernandez, Hoaglin, Koch, and Masterton were recognized as PNC Achievers at the 2023 Eller Economic Outlook Luncheon on December 8, 2023 at the Westin La Paloma Resort and also at the University of Arizona men’s basketball game against the University of Washington on February 24, 2024.
