Melissa Poole

Melissa Poole is the Senior Associate Director of the Eller Graduate Professional Development center. She joined the University of Arizona in 2016. The team supports students in developing skills and preparing for career growth and/or change including engagement with Eller alumni and local and regional employers for learning and recruiting opportunities, as well as development in areas such as crafting a resume, improving interview skills, and utilizing multiple job search techniques. Her professional background includes career counseling in higher education and recruitment and corporate job placement for the tech industry.
