Sarah Diaz is the Assistant Dean of Career & Professional Development for the Undergraduate Program at the Eller College of Management. In this role, she oversees experiential education, career programming, and student engagement initiatives for a population of more than 6,000 undergraduate business students. She leads a dynamic team of 12 professionals dedicated to advancing student career outcomes. She directs the development and execution of a comprehensive suite of programs that support students in preparing for internships, job placement, and long-term career success. 

Diaz also serves as an instructor for MGMT 475: Topics – Event, Volunteer, and Non-Profit Management, where she integrates real-world experience and a commitment to community impact into the classroom. 

Diaz has been with the Eller College since 2005. As an undergraduate student, she served as a student coordinator and paraprofessional advisor in the Undergraduate Programs Office, laying the foundation for her long-standing commitment to student development and success.
