No, an undergraduate degree in accounting or business is not required, but you must complete prerequisite courses if your degree is in another field. 

Prerequisite courses include Introduction to Financial Accounting, Introduction to Managerial Accounting, Intermediate Financial Accounting I and II, and Principles of Federal Taxation. 

Yes, the MSA program is STEM-designated. 

Career outcomes include opportunities in public accounting, corporate accounting, government, and non-profit sectors. Graduates often secure positions with firms like Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG, and other prestigious organizations. 

The MSA program prepares students for various professional certifications, including the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam, Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) 

MSA students have access to career counseling, academic advising, networking events like "Meet the Firms," and various resources provided by the Student Engagement and Career Development office. 

The MSA curriculum is flexible, allowing students to choose from a variety of accounting and elective courses.
