Master of Science in Accounting Cost and ROI

Master of Science in Accounting Cost and Return on Investment

Let’s get right down to ROIs.

If you’re aiming for a career transition worth all the effort to get there, you’ll want to invest in a program known for its excellent value.

Nearly 100 percent of our MSA graduates who can legally work in the U.S. find a job upon graduation, and an impressive 70 percent of UA accounting students pass the CPA exam on their first attempt, compared with a 49 percent overall national pass rate. You’ll emerge well-prepared for a major role in your chosen accounting firm or organization. And you will have done it at a competitive tuition rate, and in as little as two to four semesters (depending on your need for prerequisites and whether you add a dual degree for even more value in the job market).

MSA Program Cost

Registration and UA fees may vary depending on the number of credit hours of registration in a given semester (for both Arizona and non-Arizona residents). Please note that the cost of a part-time program is more expensive. Tuition is charged based on units registered but is not calculated on a straight pro-ration. The UA Bursar's Office schedule of Tuition and Fees can provide an estimate of the tuition and fees charged for fewer than full-time credits.

Tuition & Fees per Semester

Arizona Resident

$13,178

Non-Arizona Resident

$22,805

*Regular tuition and fees are based on taking a minimum of 9 units on main campus per semester. Tuition and fees are based on Fall 2024 and could change for future semesters.

Alumni Success

A lifetime of career success.

Eller MSA alumni are forging strong careers while making an even stronger impact on those around them. Many work in the biggest national and global accounting firms—while others keep it local, working with our Arizona community organizations and businesses.
