Tomorrow's Leaders Travel Awards

Application Deadline

Applications for Fall 2020 funding due Sunday, July 26th by 5 p.m (PST). 

Eligibility

  • Travel awards are for Eller College of Management students only
  • Preference will be given to students who have attended/watched two or more Tomorrow's Leaders Equipped for Diversity lectures (live or online).

Travel Award Guidelines

(The Grace Hopper Conference will be virtual this year so this award will cover your student registration)

  • Submit an application below.
  • Upon notification of acceptance, an email with further instructions will be sent to award winners. 
  • Winners commit to attending the virtual conference, posting social media posts or writing a short paragraph describing the experience (LinkedIn posts are welcome) and helping to staff the MIS virtual booth during the conference.

Previous Travel Awardees

The following students won between $500 and $1,000 each to attend either the Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing or other industry-wide specific conferences.

The Grace Hopper conference is produced by the Anita Borg Institute and presented in partnership with ACM (Association for Computing Machinery).
