At the McGuire Center, we are committed to helping entrepreneurially minded high school students develop their ideas and become agents for change.
We are teaching young people to think outside the box. We challenge them to find solutions and become problem solvers. We cultivate the entrepreneurial mindset within and teach them to “find the answer” instead of “waiting for the answer." We are developing “job creators” instead of “job seekers." The McGuire Center supports youth summer camps like the Southern Arizona Research Science and Engineering Foundation (SARSEF) and the Business Careers Awareness Program (BCAP).
Southern Arizona Research, Science and Engineering Foundation
The mission of SARSEF is to create Arizona’s future critical thinkers and problem solvers through science and engineering.
Business Careers Awareness Program
The BCAP program provides students who are underrepresented in undergraduate accounting classes with an opportunity to explore the accounting field and become involved in the Eller Community.
