Anastasiya Pocheptsova Ghosh Appointed as Executive Director of Eller Partnerships

Anastasiya Pocheptsova Ghosh, associate professor of marketing and Susan and Philip Hagenah Endowed Faculty Fellow has been appointed as Executive Director of Eller Partnerships for the Eller College of Management.

“I am excited to have Anastasiya in this new role,” says Karthik Kannan, dean of the Eller College and Halle Chair in Leadership. “ She is extremely systematic and has already hit the ground running on a collaborative effort with Honors College and an external company. 

Ghosh serves as Executive Director of the Eller Partnerships Office, overseeing College engagement with corporate partners. She is an expert in judgment and decision-making, focusing on the financial industry, online retail, and healthcare. She collaborates with many industry partners to design behavioral and choice architecture interventions to improve stakeholders' outcomes and well-being.

Anastasiya's work has been published in leading academic journals and featured in the popular press. She has received awards for research, teaching, mentorship, and leadership. She received her Ph.D. in Marketing from Yale University and is Associate Professor of Marketing and Susan and Philip Hagenah Endowed Faculty Fellow.
