Eller College was chosen as No. 19 out of 90 institutions offering online MBA programs.
TUCSON, Ariz. – Oct. 10, 2016 – The University of Arizona Eller College of Management has earned a No. 19 ranking in The Princeton Review’s list of the top 25 online MBA programs for 2017.
The list is the first ranking of online MBA programs that is based on both surveys of administrators at the schools and of students enrolled in the schools' online MBAs.
“I believe the Eller Online MBA Program debuted in the top 20 due to the dynamic and challenging courses taught by our highly-regarded faculty,” said Paige Bausman, director, Eller College Online MBA Program. “It has attracted engaged students from around the country who bring a variety of experience from small start-ups to multi-national corporations and everything in between.”
There are currently 170 students enrolled in the Eller College Online MBA program. Of those students, 26 percent are veterans or are actively serving in the United States military.
Eller College was chosen as No. 19 out of 90 institutions offering online MBA programs. The results were based on a 2016 survey that focused on five main areas: academics, selectivity, faculty, technical platforms, and career outcomes.
Students at Eller College surveyed by the Princeton Review reported highly engaged professors and vigorous leadership courses as the greatest assets of the program.
"We strongly recommend Eller College at the University of Arizona as an outstanding choice for anyone considering an online MBA," said Robert Franek, Princeton Review Senior VP/Publisher. "Its program is exceptionally strong both academically and in the many ways it maximizes technology that enables students to interact with and learn from its superlative faculty and students all over the world."
