Eller Entrepreneurship Students Sell Products at UA Bookstore
On February 20th, two students, Sean Hetzel and Will Edwards, will officially launch their products, LightBox and Saucey Stickers. Sean and Will are the first current students to have contracts to sell UA licensed items at the bookstore.
Sean Hetzel, Economics major who is graduating in May 2020, designed this project originally as a class project in ENTR 360, Entrepreneurship for Owner-Operated Businesses. With the help from his teacher, Mark Peterson, Hetzel brought his product to the UA Bookstore. Each LightBox is hand-crafted through the use of a laser-cutter to etch beautiful designs and landscapes into a piece of wood, creating a decorative accent lamp.
Will Edwards, Economics major who is graduating this May, is currently selling his Saucey Stickers at the UA Bookstore and having enormous success. His innovative designs include a floral “BearDown,” Wilbur emblem, and multiple other fun sayings and images. "Saucey is a sticker company started by a student here on campus, aimed at delivering a fresh look to University Of Arizona branded designs, using the logos and emblems you know and love, but with a new fresh aesthetic. Stick your stuff Today!" said Will Edwards.
Come check out their launch on February 20, 2019 from 10:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. at the UA Bookstore!
