Anil Agarwal, adjunct instructor in international business in the Eller College of Management, was referenced in a June 1 WalletHub article on finding the right credit card for grocery shopping.

The article offers advice on using rewards credit cards as well as which credit offers and features are best to take advantage of. Agarwal, featured as an expert, answered questions about co-branded store credit cards, clipping coupons and how to use store-based credit cards wisely.

When asked about how using coupons compares to grocery rewards credit cards, Agarwal replied: “Grocery cards take away the stigma of cutting coupons which is reserved for the lower end of society. A grocery card would be so much better from an image perspective.”

Agarwal has more than 35 years of domestic and international experience in operations, profit and loss and senior management. His previous experience includes working at XEROX, Sharp Business Systems and Rinchem Corporation. At Eller, he is a part of the Eller Executive Program and has designed and teaches a course on Success in Emerging Markets. In addition, he is president of Emerging Markets Consulting.
