First Year Doctoral Student
Jeff Larson is a first-year doctoral student at the University of Arizona. He earned a BS in Healthcare Administration from Concordia University, a post-graduate certification in Accounting from Linfield College and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Oregon. His research interests include leading change, strategic leadership, intergroup team dynamics and program implementation, particularly in the health care setting. Prior to entering academia, Jeff worked for 22 years in health care, holding Vice-President positions for the Samaritan and PeaceHealth hospital systems in the Pacific Northwest. Jeff has consulted with health care organizations and non-profit agencies, including, Providence Health Systems, Sacred Heart Medical Center Eugene, ARC of Benton County, Volunteers in Medicine and the Corvallis Clinic, in the areas of board member development, philanthropy and strategic planning.
