Lu received her bachelor of Accounting from Zhejiang University. After graduation, she worked for three years at EY in auditing. Before joining the PhD program at University of Arizona, she completed her master of Professional Accountancy at the University of Texas at Austin. She has two cats, and enjoys playing with them outside of work.
