Deloitte Foundation
Accounting Scholars Program (DFASP)
The Dhaliwal-Reidy School of Accountancy at the University of Arizona is proud to collaborate with the Deloitte Foundation to fund the Deloitte Foundation Accounting Scholars Program (DFASP). Funded by both the University of Arizona and the Deloitte Foundation, the program will provide financial support to fund scholarships for students interested in pursuing a one-year masters program in Accounting. The program will cover 100% of tuition costs (excluding books and living expenses) for selected students to attend a main campus Master’s Program in Accountancy at the University of Arizona.
The Deloitte Foundation Accounting Scholars Program is a collaboration between the University of Arizona and the Deloitte Foundation to provide a limited number of full scholarships (100% of tuition and academic fees will be covered excluding books and living expenses) for selected students interested in pursuing a fifth-year master’s degree in accounting (MACC) or master’s of science in accounting (MSA) for 2026–2027 academic year. This scholarship program can help students meet the 150-credit hour requirement for CPA eligibility.
Interested students who meet the Program’s eligibility criteria below are encouraged to apply to the University of Arizona’s one-year master's in accounting (MACC) or main campus master’s of science in accounting (MSA) program for initial enrollment during the 2026 calendar year. Admissions are subject to the University's standard criteria and processes for admission. Students must then apply separately to be considered for the Deloitte Foundation Accounting Scholars Program.
The scholarship selection process shall be developed, coordinated, and led by the University of Arizona. Applicants will be asked to provide a current resume, plus a one-page personal statement outlining their personal goals with respect to the accounting profession and discussing any potential barriers to success. The University shall consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, or other status prohibited or disfavored by law.
