MSF/MSBA Dual Degree

MSF/MSBA Dual Degree

Dual Master of Science in Finance / Master of Science in Business Analytics

Work in the world of finance and analytics, developing critical skills in finance, data management, statistics and analytic methods. You can apply separately to the Master’s of Finance and Master’s of Business Analytics programs and complete the two together in as little as 21 months.

Candidates must apply separately to and be admitted to both programs. Students must also complete any required prerequisites for the two degrees.  Students work with the MSF and MSBA advisors to set up a dual degree program ensuring that students meet the requirements of both degrees.

  • Apply to both the MSF and MSBA programs for the desired semester of admission.

  • Meet with the MSF and MSBA advisors to ensure you have met or are scheduled to complete the required prerequisite courses.

  • Draft a Plan of Study with your MSF and MSBA advisors outlining your coursework in four categories:
MSF (21 units), Finance courses for dual MSF/MSBA (6 units), required Business Analytics courses (18 units), and MSBA courses dual MSF/MSBA (9 units).
