College Wide Celebration: Friday, December 15, 2023 at 7 PM in Centennial Hall

Sign up to receive information and updates about Fall Eller Undergraduate Convocation Celebrations.
In order to be recognized as a graduating senior, all students must use the convocation form to RSVP.
Once live, the convocation form can be accessed through eSMS. Submissions received by November 26th will allow for inclusion in the celebrations. Students will have an ample time period to submit information and a quote to be displayed during individual recognition.
To compete the online convocation form, please follow these steps:
- Login to eSMS at student.esms.arizona.edu
- Click on "Convocation" at the top of the page
- Complete all steps listed
- Dress for any live events is recommended to be business professional. Cap and Gown are required for Fall Convocation.

Major-specific Celebrations
Some departments within the college will also be hosting a celebration for their graduates. Graduates will be individually recognized during their department specific celebrations. Additional information about the event will be shared by the individual department with Graduates and sent via the graduate listserv. Please continue to check here for updates on events and access instructions.
Accounting: Friday, December 15 @ 10 AM in McClelland Hall Atrium
Business Management: Graduates will be invited to celebrate with the Management department in Spring 2024
Business Economics and Economics (BA): Graduates will be invited to celebrate with the Economics department in Spring 2024
Finance: Graduates will be invited to celebrate with the Finance department in Spring 2024
Marketing: Wednesday, December 6 @ 2 PM in McClelland Hall Atrium
Management Information Systems and Operations & Supply Chain Management: Tuesday, December 12 @ 4 PM in the Bear Down Gym
Eller Online (Business Administration/Accounting): Friday, December 15 @ 3:30 PM in McClelland Hall Rm 201A/B (Hybrid event)
University-wide Commencement Ceremony
The University does not hold a commencement ceremony in December, however Fall graduates are invited to attend the UA Commencement Ceremony in the Spring. Information on a University-wide Commencement Ceremony will be shared by the University. For updates and additional information, please visit commencement.arizona.edu.
