High School Ethics Forum

The annual High School Ethics Forum provides a unique hands-on experience for ethical leadership.

During the forum, students were introduced to an ethical decision-making model and ethics cases developed by Dr. Paul Melendez, Founder of the Center for Leadership Ethics. Undergraduate students from the Eller College of Management, Center for Leadership Ethics board members, and community stakeholders facilitated discussions. 

Outcomes:

  • Collaboratively analyze ethical solutions
  • Present justifications for each ethics case
  • Network with students, faculty and business leaders
  • Increase awareness of the importance of corporate social responsibility
  • Connect with the Eller College of Management and experience the University of Arizona Campus
