Thank you for your interest in the upper-division Zipperman Scholars program.

This form is for students applying for Professional Admission this Fall 2024 semester to begin the upper-division cohort classes in Spring 2025.

ACCESS Interest Form

 As a Zipperman Scholar you have the opportunity to begin the upper division with a second major of Management Information Systems (MIS).

  • By submitting this form, you are indicating you would like to take advantage of this opportunity. As part of this you are required to apply for a major other than MIS that you plan on pursuing (meaning if admitted, MIS would be your secondary major).
  • If you intend on applying for MIS as your only major, you do not need to complete this form.

The deadline to complete this form is Friday, September 20th, 2024, at 12 Noon AZ time (this is consistent with our Professional Admissions application deadline for all students).
