User scope

For eligible students in MIS courses and programs, as well as eligible MIS department faculty and staff.

  • Student eligibility: Active students enrolled in a current-term MIS course, or active majors in an MIS undergraduate or graduate program.
  • Faculty eligibility: Active faculty homed in the MIS department.
  • Staff eligibility:  Active staff homed in the MIS department.

Any; for state-owned or personally-owned devices (running Windows environments).

For instructional and non-commercial research use in STEM disciplines only

Entitlement expiration

Active eligible students, faculty and staff may download, install and obtain license keys for software. The student licenses are perpetual and software does not have to be uninstalled. 

Inactive members will not be able to access the Education Portal site to download, retrieve keys or install new software after becoming ineligible.
