Online Program Student Success

 

Alongside your academic coursework, you will  be given resources to work towards your personal professional development goals and work with your dedicated success coach to achieve them. 

There are three tracks that can be found within the professional development course: New Professionals, Career Changers, Graduate Programs. 

Developing yourself and your career is an ongoing process that you will revisit continually throughout your professional life. It begins with an understanding of yourself and your specific career goals and then focuses on specific ways to pursue those goals and yield the best results. These tailored professional development modules will prepare you to achieve your career goals.

Here is a breakdown of what activities or experiences are available in each area:

New Professionals 

Throughout these modules you will find resources and activities to help you navigate towards your career post graduation. Whether you have an idea of what career you would like to pursue or if you are still exploring your options, as a new professional it will be important to take advantage of these professional development opportunities.

Career Changers 

Throughout these modules you will find resources and activities to help you navigate towards your career change post graduation. Whether you have an idea of what new career you would like to pursue or if you are still exploring your options, as a career changer it will be important to take advantage of these professional development opportunities.

Graduate Programs

This module will act as a guide to help you navigate through the graduate application process, as well as provide information on the different graduate programs offered through the Eller College.

  • Eller Online MBA 
  • Eller Online MSA (Master's of Science in Accounting) 

Once completed students will be prepared to take the next step in there career path -- whatever that may be.
