LEAD: Leadership Empowerment and Academic Development Program
LEAD (Leadership, Empowerment and Academic Development) is a first-year program designed to support and assist multicultural, high-potential, and involved students to have a successful transition into college.
This unique year-long program is one that prompts professional and academic development through community building, mentorship, built-in tutoring services, and weekly meetings that provide participants with the tools and resources needed to be successful in the Eller College following completion of the program. The LEAD program also aims to foster a sense of community amongst members to build long and meaningful connections.
