Degree Checks for Graduation
Congratulations on your success at the Eller College of Management and the University of Arizona!
In order to graduate, an official degree check must be filed to state your intention to graduate. Graduates should complete a degree check the semester prior to when they plan to graduate. Learn more about graduation.
To complete a degree check, it is required to complete the following steps:
- 'Apply to Graduate' steps in UAccess. Once you submit the form and complete the application in UAccess
- Schedule an advising appointment with your assigned major advisor. Degree checks cannot be completed during Drop-In Advising

Beginning Fall 2026, the University of Arizona will eliminate graduation application and degree candidacy fees for all students.
Graduating on Fall 2026 or Winter 2026
Fall 2026 (December): all requirements finished by end of Fall; no winter coursework.
Winter 2026 (January): you may participate in December ceremonies, but finish remaining requirements in winter
