For Grade K-5 Educators, Open to All

Discover how Arizona’s dairy farms offer a perfect lens for teaching K–5 economic concepts. This session uses the milk-to-market journey to explore producers and consumers, interdependence, and how goods move from farms to families. Teachers will walk away with ready-to-use lessons, graphic organizers, and discussion prompts that make dairy—and economics—memorable for students. Current K-5 classroom teachers in attendance will receive a featured book of their choice.
