Tell us about your job responsibilities (day-to-day and/or projects):

I work at the University of Arizona, continuing my life as a (Professional) Wildcat in our UITS department as a Support and Technologies Adoption Specialist. I get to work with an enterprise platform that optimizes institutional events, marketing, communications and more!

Why did you choose to work for your company?

Because I get to be a Wildcat for Life x2! And I get to do amazing things with incredibly talented people pushing me to be my best professional self and grow on a daily basis.

What do you enjoy most about your job or company?

I get to work remotely! I have a very healthy life/work balance!

Please share what led you to your current job/company (past experiences, networking, classes, multiple rounds of interviews, or anything you deem relevant):

I got this job from saying yes to a UofA internship position! I started with Arizona Online Student Success and fell in love with the technologies behind our student’s experiences and I wanted to be part of the team that kept it amazing for our students.

What advice do you have for Eller students seeking a similar career path?

Say ‘Yes’ to all the experience opportunities. Say ‘Yes’ to the networking and get involved in all the certifications you can alongside your education. Don’t be afraid to make a mistake; its how we all learn. Don’t be afraid to try something new. The “new” is where your professional adventure begins.

Please share an Eller memory:

My favorite Eller memory will always and forever be the amazing opportunity to be a part of the Eller Online Advisory Board. Amplifying the student voice was an amazing honor I still value to this day!
