Eller Make a Difference Day, one of the Eller College of Management’s most cherished traditions, once again brought together students, community members and friends of the University of Arizona to promote kindness, positivity and meaningful change.

As Arizona’s largest community service event, Eller Make a Difference Day continues to highlight the college’s deep commitment to service and leadership beyond the classroom.

Each year, this event is made possible through a continued partnership with United Way of Tucson, a nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing community needs and creating lasting, systemic change by tackling fundamental social issues.

Participants had the opportunity to engage in a variety of volunteer activities across Tucson and on campus, including cleaning local parks, helping Youth On Their Own organize stock rooms, writing thank-you cards at the Community Food Bank, and sharing words of affirmation in colorful chalk around the University of Arizona campus.

These efforts serve as powerful reminders of how simple acts of service can build stronger connections and inspire positive change. Through this ongoing collaboration with United Way of Tucson, Eller Make a Difference Day continues to leave a lasting impact on the community while reinforcing the college’s values of compassion, leadership, and social responsibility.

For the Eller community, Make a Difference Day isn’t just an event, it’s a tradition of giving back that grows stronger each year, reminding everyone that when Wildcats work together, they truly can make a difference.
