Elena Ioli is the Assistant Director of Academic Advising at the Eller College of Management, where she specializes in supporting lower-division students. Since joining Eller in 2016, she has held multiple roles in advising and student success, contributing a depth of experience and a strong commitment to student development. In her current role, Elena leads the Foundational Business Management advising team, supports strategic outreach initiatives, and manages Transfer Initiatives within the Undergraduate Programs Office.
