Erica Alitiem is the Associate Director of Employer Relations within the Undergraduate Professional Development Center and has been at the Eller College of Management since 2013. Prior to joining Eller, she worked in Corporate Recruiting/Human Resources Management and holds a Master's in Education. Erica Alitiem develops relationships with employers both locally and nationally by assisting them in creating and enhancing career awareness of opportunities for Eller College of Management students. Additionally, Alitiem provides career counseling, professional development, and oversees the Recruiting Partnership Program.
