Tiesha Glover

My name is Tiesha Glover, and I serve as the BCOM online Academic Program Coordinator. In this role, I am responsible for providing support to the online Business Communication Program’s instructional team. My duties include grading various student assessments, reviewing course curricula, and directly engaging with students on behalf of their instructors to aid them with their tasks and assignments. Furthermore, I lead a team of facilitators who work closely with instructors in grading a variety of student assessments.

My academic background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Healthcare Management and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. My career in higher education spans over seven years, a journey I embarked on after dedicating 20 years of service to the United States Air Force. Before joining the Wildcat family, my professional experience was rooted in healthcare management, where I developed expertise in human resource management, organizational leadership, and global business communication.
