Carletta Sanders-Chavers is a Professor of Practice and Legal Career Specialist at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, where she teaches business law–related courses including Business Organizations and International Business Transactions. 

Her teaching and professional work center on the intersection of business, law, and communication, with an emphasis on professional communication, career strategy, and workforce development. She prepares students to communicate effectively within complex organizational environments while supporting career outcomes through employer engagement, recruitment programming, and strategic advising. Her prior experience in labor relations and employment law informs her approach to organizational communication, compliance, and workplace dynamics. 

Carletta holds a Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Management/Human Resources from Park University. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Higher Education at Liberty University.
