Carlos Alvarez-Macias

Carlos Alvarez-Macias is a Career Coach with the Professional Development Center and joined the Eller College of Management in 2025. Before joining Eller, Carlos supported student success through Marketing, Education, and Outreach efforts with the University of Arizona Dean of Students Office. In this role, he supported strategic initiatives through assessment and research, aimed at enhancing student engagement and success through data-driven storytelling.  

Carlos earned both his Bachelor’s in Marketing and Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Arizona. Driven by his passion for empowering students, he is dedicated to helping Wildcats make the most out of their Eller Experience.
